Head for the hills
today i woke up at 7 to go to head for the hills with Ryan and it was a really good time even though it was hard work. In the morning it was really chilly, but i'm lucky that i took off all of my sweaters and just wore a t shirt, because it was really warm. after the ride i actually felt pretty good. In a couple weeks is howardville so that will be awesome as well.

Well Dustin, I'm really proud of you doing Head for the Hills and can't wait for Howardville either - of course, I'll be watching!! And cheering!!!
